New Zealand can clinch their place in the quarter finals with a win over Georgia. Of course their qualification has never really been in doubt.  Argentina as expected gave them a tough game in their opener but then New Zealand easily beat Namibia 58-14. They won't have been too happy about conceding a try to the African side but it wasn't the full strength side so has little impact on what will happen in this tournament. The same is probably on the cards here.  Georgia are a better side than Namibia and have already beaten Tonga in this pool. The class gap was shown when they lost their second game to Argentina 54-9.  The first half in that game was tight with the South Americans leading 14-9 at half time. It was a totally different story in the second half though with Argentina scoring 40 points without reply.  A repetition of that kind of form against New Zealand will see them suffer another heavy defeat. Their real aim in this pool is to go on and beat Namibia and finish third in the pool and automatically qualify for the 2019 tournament in Japan.
