An American League clash in the MLB sees the New York Yankees take on the Seattle Mariners at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx for the second of a three game series. New York boasts the highest win total in baseball at the moment with a record of 70-34, giving them a massive 12 game cushion over the second-place Blue Jays in the AL East. They’ll look to make it two straight over the 55-49 Mariners, who sit second in the AL West and face a similar 12 game gap to the first-place Astros. This is a big game for Seattle, who will be facing off against arguably the best team in baseball while narrowly holding on to the final spot in the AL Wild Card race by just a game over the Guardians.
