The Knicks are in great form and arrive for this match seeking a fourth successive victory. Tom Thibodeau’s men defeated the Heat 116-113 in OT away from home last time out. 

The win improved them to 40-20 and kept them 5.5 games clear of their closest challengers for the third seed.

The Warriors are on the second night of a back-to-back. They defeated the Hornets 119-101 away from home in the first game to return to winning ways.

Steve Kerr’s men have been in great form since the acquisition of Jimmy Butler via trade a month ago. They have surrendered just two games out of the nine that the former Miami Heat forward has played.

This strong run has lifted them from being out of the playoff bracket to now being a strong contender for a top-six finish. The Warriors have compiled a 33-28 record and are currently 0.5 games above the play-in places.
