The New Orleans Pelicans will welcome the Toronto Raptors for their next outing in the NBA. Both teams have started the year poorly and sit in the bottom three places in their respective conferences. Below is our prediction for this match.

The Pelicans have the worst record in the West and have lost 14 of their 18 fixtures. Willie Green’s men have won just once in their last 12 games and are on a five-game skid. They are coming off a 114-110 loss away to the Pacers.

Injuries have hampered the team and in their last match, four players were unavailable. However, Dejounte Murray, who has played just one game this season, is expected to be available for this match. CJ McCollum has also returned but Zion Williamson, Jose Alvarado and Brandon Ingram are expected to remain unavailable.

The Raptors have also struggled with injuries. Immanuel Quickley, Gradey Dick, Kelly Olynyk and Bruce Brown are still unavailable.

Darko Rajakovic’s men have compiled the same record as the Pelicans but sit third from last in the East. They have lost their last two games, all on the road. The Raps were defeated 102-100 by the Pistons in their last fixture.
