The New Orleans Pelicans will welcome the San Antonio Spurs for the second game of an NBA back-to-back between the two teams. They enter this match in 14th place in the Western Conference standings and trail the Spurs in 12th by more than 10 games. Read on for our prediction for this match.

The Pelicans won the first game against the Spurs 114-96. They took advantage of Victor Wembanya’s absence and dominated, winning the contest 69-46.

Zion Williamson scored a game-high 22 points and added nine rebounds to go with three assists. Seven players scored in double-digits for the Spurs. Willie Green’s men have now won twice in their last three games improving to 14-43.

The Spurs have now lost their last two games. Having Wembanyama unavailable has impacted them greatly. The centre has been ruled out for the remainder of the season.
