Between them these two sides have won this competition four times (twice each) and both have made a good start in a bid to win it again. Both teams have a 100% record in the cup this season, Leicester having two out of two and Munster the one win from their solitary match in the tournament. Munster started their campaign with a 32-7 home win over Benneton Treviso who are doomed to finish bottom of this pool. Leicester have a 33-20 home win over Stade Francais and followed that up with a comfortable away win in Treviso by 36-3.  There's not much to choose between these two excellent sides who are both third in their respective leagues.  Munster have only suffered one home defeat this season and their home advantage is likely to be the decisive factor in this game and they won two of their three home games in the competition last season. Munster have won two of their last three games against Leicester and can get a narrow victory here.
