Alex de Minaur will be looking to avoid doing what he did last year at Wimbledon. In 2023, he lost in the second round but we predict that won't happen this year. The Australian takes on unseeded Jaume Munar for a place in round three.

The winner of this match could face 17th seed Felix Auger-Aliassime in round three. De Minaur reached the fourth round of this grass court Grand Slam two years ago. He's the world number nine but seventh in the ATP Race.

He has already won one grass court title this year with success in the Libema Open. He won all four of his matches in that tournament in straight sets. Queen's Club didn't go so well as he lost in his opening match against eventual runner-up Lorenzo Musetti. 

Round one of this tournament saw de Minaur beat lucky loser James Duckworth. He didn't lose a set but all three were decided by a tie-break. A side bet on one in this match might make a profit for you.

Jaume Munar has achieved his best results on clay courts. He's appearing in these championships for the sixth time in his career. If he can beat de Minaur, then the Spaniard will be in the third round for the first time.

Munar is up to 58th in the live rankings after his first round win. He defeated Britain's Billy Harris in straight sets. A good win as Harris had been getting some good results on grass in the lead-up to this Grand Slam.

Only one warm-up tournament was played by Munar. That was in last week's Mallorca Open and he lost in his first match to Sebastian Ofner who went on to lose in the final. We go for de Minaur to win this match in straight sets.
