Muguruza Blanco vs Kerber Prediction & Betting Tips - Masters WTA Singapour

A couple of years ago the Spanish tennis player Garbine Muguruza Blanco was ranked number 64 in the world. Now she's an established top 5 player and the second seed for this tournament. She got her campaign off to a strong start with a straight set win over Lucie Safarova.  Her opponent, Angelique Kerber also won her first match beating Petra Kvitova in straight sets coming from 3-0 down in the second set.  The two players have met six times in the past but the results show just what massive strides the Spanish player has made this year. She lost her first three games to Kerber but has won the last three. That third defeat to Kerber took place at this years Australian Open righ at the start of the year. Since then she's beaten Kerber at the French Open and Wimbledon and in the semi-final of the recent tournament in Wuhan. Her recent form is good wit a win in Beijing and a loss in the Wuhan final to Venus Williams. Kerber has won four tournaments this season but the last was those was in August. Her biggest win was in Stuttgart where she beat Maria Sharapova on her way to the title. Muguruza Blanco is the player in form though and can secure her place in the semi-finals with a win here.
