Miomir Kecmanovic vs Rinky Hijikata Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Los Cabos Open

Sixth seed Miomir Kecmanovic and unseeded Rinky Hijikata will square off in the first round at the Los Cabos Open. A second round showdown with qualifier Aleksandar Kovacevic will await the winner here. Kecmanovic will hope to put a halt to his current losing run with this match. Playing in a tournament he has had considerable success in the past should have him confident of this. The former Los Cabos semifinalist has lost his last three matches and is now on a 5-5 record. He was defeated in the first round at the Delray Beach Open last time out. Kecmanovic reached the semifinals here back in 2022, which was his debut, and his last appearance. He is currently ranked 51st in the live ranking.

Rinky Hijikata is also having a shaky start to the year and has so far compiled a 6-6 record. Five of his wins have come on hard courts and so too have five of his defeats. The Australian has however shown improvement in his form lately and has won two of his last three matches. He is coming off a quarterfinal finish in Delray and should be confident of another similar run here if not better. The current world number 79 is making his third Los Cabos appearance. He has only once won a main draw match here and was eliminated in the first round last season.
