Minnesota Timberwolves vs San Antonio Spurs Prediction & Betting Tips - NBA

These two Western Conference sides aren't enjoying good seasons. Minnesota Timberwolves are bottom of the Northwest division and host San Antonio Spurs who are third in the Southwest division. The home side have a season record of 4-9 and are 12th overall in the Western Conference. Their poor start to the season cost Gersson Rosas his job in September and he was replaced by Sachin Gupta. October saw the Timberwolves win three games but November has not gone well for them with seven defeats and a win away at the LA Lakers. It's been a tough fixture list though with defeats by the LA Clippers, Golden State Warriors and in their most recent match, Phoenix Suns but only by five points.

San Antonio may be third in the Southwest division but have a 4-10 record.  They have New Orleans and Houston below them who have only three wins between them this season. The Spurs are one place below their opponents in the overall Western Conference table. Six of their eight games on the road have been lost this season and five out of six this month. They have lost their last three matches by an aggregate margin of 36 points. Back Minnesota to get a home win here.
