Minnesota is currently top of the standings in the Western Conference while the Mavericks are below them in fifth. The Timberwolves are suffering from a lack of consistency at the moment and have lost twice in their last four games. They were defeated 129-106 last time out in a top-of-the-table clash in Oklahoma. Despite the loss, they remain the best team in the conference and are two games clear of the Thunder.
