Michael Mmoh vs Jack Draper Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP US Open

We'll have another unseeded player in the US Open fourth round. Jack Draper faces Michael Mmoh with both bidding players to reach the last 16 for the first time. In the fourth round, the winner will face either Arthur Rinderknech or eighth seeded Andrey Rublev. Draper reached the third round of the US Open last year but had to retire in his match against Karen Khachanov. The British player has had several injuries in the past year or so and that took him down to 123rd in the rankings after being a career high 38th in January. He made his return from injury in mid-August. The quarter final of the Winnipeg Challenger Tour tournament was reached and then the last 16 of the ATP Tour event in Winston Salem. This week has gone well for him with two straight sets wins. That includes beating the 17th seeded Hubert Hurkacz in round two for the loss of only 11 games. Those two wins have taken him up to 119th in the live rankings but he's far better than that.

Michael Mmoh was ranked 89th at the start of this US Open. He's risen to 78th after reaching this third round and that is a new career high. This is his first time past the second round of the US Open. The 25-year-old has been in good form in recent weeks and he also beat Hubert Hurkacz on his way to the last 16 in Washington. This stage was also reached in the Winston Salem Open last week. He has had some poor defeats though and lost to the then world number 492 Tristan Boyer last month. There have been three other losses to players ranked outside the top 100 in recent months. In New York, Mmoh has beaten the 11th seed Karen Khachanov in straight sets and then a marathon five-setter against the now retired John Isner. That might have taken a fair bit out of him as 55 games were played. Our tip is for Draper to get the win.
