The Miami Heat (28-31) and the Washington Wizards (11-48) are set to square off at Kaseya Center in Monday's NBA matchup. The Heat are seventh in the Eastern Conference table, while the Wizards are 15th. Here's our match prediction.

The Miami Heat saw their two-match winning streak come to an end after losing 116-112 (overtime) at home against the New York Knicks on Sunday.

A frustrated Bam Adebayo led the team with 30 points on 12 of 6 shooting. Tyler Herr had a bad day at the office as he finished with 22 points.

The Heat have been in bad shape in the league. In their last ten matches, they've only managed three wins while losing seven. At home, they've lost three of their last five matches. However, it's worth mentioning that they were on a two-match winning streak. 

The Washington Wizards, on the other hand, immediately got back to winning ways by beating the Charlotte Hornets 113-100 away from home. This marked their four-game season sweep against the Hornets.

Bilal Coulibaly and Khris Middleton scored 17 points each and Richaun Holmes, off the bench, added 15 points and had nine rebounds.

The Wizards have also been in bad shape in the league. In their last nine matches, they've managed just two and seven losses. Away from home, though, they've been performing really well with four wins in their last five outings.
