The Blazers also got back to winning ways last time out. Chauncey Billups’ men snapped a five-game losing run with a 113-102 victory at home over the Bulls. 

Possessing one of the worst records this season, the Blazers have improved to 14-28. In 21 outings away from home, they have suffered 16 losses. Portland has five players listed on the injury report for this trip. 

Anfernee Simons, one of the team’s leading scorers, headlines the list and is questionable with an elbow issue. The Blazers have won twice in their last four trips to Miami.
