NBA action continues on Friday night with the Miami Heat playing host to the Indiana Pacers at the Kaseya Center. The Heat (27-30) are eighth in the Eastern Conference, while the Pacers (33-24) are fourth. Let’s get into the match prediction!

The Miami Heat have been in a bit of a rut of late, having lost six of their last eight games, but they did manage to put in a better performacne to beat the Hawks 131-109 in their last match. 

Tyler Herro and Duncan Robinson scored 24 points apiece, while as a team, Miami shot an excellent 59% from the field and made 23 of their 42 attempts from beyond the arc. 

The Heat are averaging 110.0 points per game this season (24th in the league), but their major strength has come on the defensive end, where they allow just 110.6 PPG (seventh overall).

Meanwhile, the Indiana Pacers are enjoying a solid run of form and picked up their fourth win in five in midweek when they eased past the Raptors 111-91. 

Tyrese Haliburton went big with 33 points and 11 assists. As a team, Indiana shot an above-average 53% from the field and drained 15 of 37 from long range.

The Pacers are inside the top 10 in the scoring charts this season, averaging 116.4 points per game, but are 20th on the defensive end, allowing 115.2 PPG.
