Game 3 of the NBA Playoff series between the Miami Heat and the Cleveland Cavaliers will come from the Kaseya Center on Saturday. The Cavs lead the series 2-0, having beaten the Heat at home in Games 1 and 2. Let’s get into the match prediction. 

The Miami Heat have it all to do in this series, having lost both games in Cleveland last week, and while they did produce a better performance in Game 2, they still struggled to keep up with their opponent. 

Tyler Herro put on another impressive showing, scoring 33 points, but Miami were outscored 43-27 in the second quarter and never looked likely to be able to close the deficit in the second half.

The major issue for the Heat came at the three-point line, where they converted 16 of 45 compared to 22 of 45 by Cleveland, including missing two clutch threes by Nikola Jovic when they were trailing by just five points. 

While Cleveland were pushed harder in Game 2, what became evident was that this team has the ability to raise their game a notch at crucial junctions and when it is needed the most. 

In particular, Donovan Mitchell did so expertly in the last match, scoring 30 points - the 27th time in his career reaching the 30-point mark in the Playoffs. 

On the defensive end, Jarrett Allen stood out with eight rebounds and a crucial steal late in the day. He will be a key figure this weekend in front of what should be a packed house at the Ksaeya Center.
