The Grizzlies have lost their last two games, a massive shift from three successive wins before this slump. Taylor Jenkins’ men, who have a 7-6 record, were defeated 123-118 last time out by the Warriors. That was their first match of the annual In-Season Tournament.

The Grizzlies, who are averaging 120.8 points, have lost in their last five matchups with the Nuggets.

The Nuggets are also coming off a loss. Mike Malone’s men saw a five-match winning streak end away to the Pelicans. Also playing their first match of the In-Season Tournament, a depleted Nuggets team were outgunned 101-94.

That was their worst offensive showing since opening night against the Thunder. The Nuggets have now lost four of their 11 matches and drop three games behind top spot in the West.
