Marton Fucsovics vs Gianluca Mager Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Indian Wells

Marton Fucsovics is the world number 42 so he has to play in the first round at Indian Wells. The Hungarian is up against Gianluca Mager who is ranked 31 places below him. The winner of this match will face 14th seeded Gaels Monfils in the second round. Fucsovics has been climbing the rankings this year and was as low as 59th at the start of March. He began to see his ranking improve when losing to Andrey Rublev in the final of the Rotterdam tournament in March. Quarter finals followed in Doha and Dubai with Rublev again beating him. He knocked him out of the next tournament too!  Revenge came at Wimbledon as Fucsovics reached the last 16 before losing to Novak Djokovic (absent from this tournament). His current form is a worry though with only one win (over a player ranked 255th) in his last five tournaments and none in the last three.

Gianluca Mager was ranked 101st at the start of this year. He won a Challenger Tour title in Marbella earlier this year and made another semi-final. On the ATP Tour he reached the last eight of clay court tournaments held in Belgrade and Kitzbuhel. There's been little else to report but last week did make it to the quarter finals in Sofia, losing to possible second round opponent Gael Monfils. He had two good wins over Adrian Mannarino and Miomir Kecmanovic. With worries over the form of Fucsovics, place a small wager on Mager.
