Marcos Giron’s third appearance at the Monte Carlo Masters will start with a first round match against Denis Shapovalov. This will mark the fourth meeting between the players with the winner advancing to meet fifth seed Jack Draper. Below is our prediction.

There isn’t much of a guarantee on clay, where he’s lost half of the last 10 matches. Arriving here on a 12-6 record means he’s having a good season and can only improve.
