The battle for play-off positions in Top 14 continues this weekend. Lyon OU are in seventh position but only a place and a point above visitors Montpellier. Le Lou will be going all out to get a vital home league win. Here's our match prediction.
The top six go into the play-offs and Lyon are only behind sixth-placed Clermont on head-to-head results. They have won nine league games this season but lost the same number with a couple of draws.
At home, Lyon have won seven matches with two losses and a positive points difference of 80. Their last four home league matches have all ended in victory, They are also going well in the European Rugby Challenge Cup and have made it to the last four.
Montpellier have also won nine league games this season but lost the other 11. Their away form is poor though with just two of their ten games in Top 14 being won this season, the other eight all being lost.
Their last three away league matches have all ended in defeat. The most recent of those was a 40-38 loss away at Section Paloise. A really poor recent loss was inflicted at relegation-threatened Vannes.
