The Los Angeles Lakers will be back at the Crypto.com Arena this Wednesday when they take on the Washington Wizards in the NBA. The Lakers (22-18) are currently sixth in the Western Conference, while the Wizards (6-35) are rock bottom in the East. Let's get into the match prediction. 

The Lakers saw their two-game win streak broken on Monday when the Los Angeles Clippers came out on top after a heated 116-102 matchup at the Intuit Dome. 

All-Star LeBron James continued his usual impressive performances with 25 points, five rebounds and 11 assists as the Lakers sank 50% of their 76 field goal attempts on the night. 

The Lakers' mediocre performances this season are widely apparent as they rank 18th offensively (111.2 PPG) and 17th in defence (113.9 PPG) this season.

Meanwhile, the Wizards were defeated 123-100 by the Sacramento Kings on Monday to take their current consecutive losing record to 10. 

Jonas Valanciunas posted 23 points with 12 rebounds and three assists, while no other Wizards player passed 15 points as they ended the match with a low 36% of their 89 field goal attempts.
