The Golden State Warriors will head to the Crypto.com Arena to take on the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA on Saturday night. The hosts are 36-31 and ninth in the Western Conference, while the visitors are 34-31 and tenth in the Conference standings. 

The Golden State Warriors find themselves in a rough patch, having dropped three of their last four games. Eager for a turnaround, they'll seek redemption following a tough 109-99 defeat on the road against the Mavericks. Jonathan Kuminga led the Warriors with 27 points, while Andrew Wiggins chipped in with 17 points. Despite their recent struggles, the Warriors maintain an impressive offensive ranking, sitting eighth in the NBA with an average of 118.2 points per game. In contrast, their upcoming opponents, the Los Angeles squad, struggle defensively, ranking 22nd in the league with 117.6 points allowed per game. Defensively, however, the Warriors face challenges, ranking 18th in the league by allowing 116.7 points per contest. Draymond Green and Steph Curry are doubts for this one. 

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Lakers have maintained respectable form, securing victories in five of their last eight games. However, they will seek to rebound here from a disappointing 120-107 defeat against the Kings on the road last time out. Austin Reaves put up 28 points, six rebounds, and four assists, while Anthony Davis contributed 22 points along with ten rebounds and three assists. In terms of scoring, the Lakers average 117.1 points per game, ranking them tenth in the league. This average is only marginally higher than the 116.7 points conceded by the Warriors. Defensively, the Lakers are standing 22nd in the league with an average of 117.6 points allowed per game. Interestingly, they concede fewer points in home games, allowing an average of 113.8 opponent points, compared to 121.8 on the road. Gabe Vincent, Jarred Vanderbilt, Cam Reddish, and Christian Wood will be unavailable for the upcoming matchup.
