Tuesday’s final match in the NBA will see the Los Angeles Lakers welcome the Detroit Pistons to the crypto.com Arena. The Lakers (16-12) are sixth in the Western Conference while the Pistons (12-17) are 10th in the East. Check out our match prediction below. 

The Los Angeles Lakers have been enjoying a nice run of form lately and are now gunning a fourth win on the bounce after edging the Kings to a 103-99 victory on the road over the weekend. 

LeBron James put up 32 points and six assists and D’Angelo Russell contributed 20 points, but the highlight of their performance came on the defensive end, as they never allowed their opponents to build up a solid run of points. 

The Lakers are averaging 111.1 points per game this season (20th in the league), while allowing 113.7 PPG on defence per outing (18th in the NBA).

Meanwhile, the Detroit Pistons picked up the third win in their last five matches on Sunday when they beat the Phoenix Suns 133-25 on the road. 

Despite a big performance by Kevin Durant, Detroit came out on top thanks to shooting 55% from the field and 19 of 39 from long range, led by Cade Cunningham’s 28 points and 13 assists.

The Pistons are ranked 18th for points per game this season (111.7), and 20th for PPG against (114.6).
