The LA Clippers will be at home against the Utah Jazz seeking to end a run of three successive losses in the NBA. Both teams have started the season poorly and sit outside the playoff places in the Western Conference. Below is our prediction for this match.

The Clippers are coming off a back-to-back setback in Houston. Before this, they had also suffered defeat on the road in OKC. Ty Lue’s men were blown out by 21 points in their last game.

They have now suffered seven defeats from their opening 13 games of the season. This start has seen them drop to 11th in the West, two games back on the automatic playoff places. LA have averaged 111.7 points over their last three games and allowed 123.3 points in the same stretch.

The Jazz are also coming off a loss. Will Hardy’s men, who possess the worst record in the West, were defeated 121-117 by the Kings to begin a four-match road trip.

This was their ninth loss in 12 games. The Jazz have however seen an improvement in their form in recent outings. Their three wins have come in their last six games with two of those coming on the road.

Utah had Lauri Markkanen and Keyonte George return from injury against the Kings which is a huge boost to their offence.
