The in-form Orlando Magic travel to the LA Clippers seeking to extend their current winning streak. Magic are third in the East whereas the Clippers are eighth in the West. Below is our prediction for the match.

The Clippers have bounced back in recent outings and are coming into this game having won their last two fixtures. Before this run, Ty Lue’s men had lost three successive games. LA, who are 8-7 to start the season, defeated the Warriors, the top team in the West, 102-99.

Their last two wins came at home, allowing them for the first time to have a winning home record. The Clippers had a tough spell at their new Intuit Dome arena, losing their first four games as hosts.

Norman Powell is unavailable through injury.

The Magic are in their best stretch of the season. They have won their last six games and at present, this is the joint longest ongoing winning run. Jamahl Mosley’s men embarked on a three-match road trip in the West with a 109-99 win in Phoenix.

Key to Orlando’s success has been their impressive defence which is ranked first. In their current winning streak, the Magic held each of their opponents to under 100 points. Paolo Banchero remains sidelined while Wendell Carter Jr is questionable.
