The Golden State Warriors will travel to play the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday seeking back-to-back NBA victories against their Western Conference rivals. They currently sit 10th in the West, a place above the Clippers. The Los Angeles Clippers lost away to the Warriors on Friday to suffer a third defeat in their last five games. Tyronn Lue’s men scored 114 points and lost by six to drop down to 11th. The loss was their 10th and left them two games under .500. The Crypto.com Arena-based side are scoring an average of 112.9 points a game. This has however improved to 116.3 in their last three games. The trio of Kawhi Leonard, James Harden, and Paul George combined for 56 points against the Warriors on Friday. They will again be looked upon to stuff the scoring sheet with Russell Westbrook providing the spark from the bench.

The Golden State Warriors haven’t won away to the Clippers in their last three visits. Friday’s victory will however have them confident of a win and starting a streak. Steve Kerr’s men haven’t won back-to-back games since the start of November. They have won only four of the last 13 matches they have played since then. Another win here though will move them back to .500. The Warriors have lost 10 of their 19 matches. Eight of those have come against fellow Western Conference teams leaving them with a 7-8 record against such opponents. The Warriors, who are averaging almost 115 points a game, are allowing almost a similar number to their opponents. Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green combined for 61 points in the win over the Clippers. The legendary trio should again lead the points tally for the visitors here. GSW will continue to be without Gary Patyon II, Chris Paul, and Andrew Wiggins due to injury. Paul leads the team in assists per game with 8.9 and Wiggins is averaging 12.8 points.
