Lorenzo Sonego vs Stefanos Tsitsipas Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Cincinnati Open

Second seed Stefanos Tsitsipas takes on unseeded Lorenzo Sonego in round three of the Western & Southern Open. The winner of this match faces either fitth seed Matteo Berrettini or Felix-Auger-Aliassime who is seeded 12th. Tsitsipas is the world number three and has won two titles this year. He won the Monte Carlo Masters on clay and also the Lyon tournament, also held on that surface. Tsitsipas has also reached three semi-finals and lost in three finals, including the French Open. Last week saw him get to the last four in Toronto, where he lost to Reilly Opelka. This week in Cincinnati, the Greek has beaten Sebastian Korda in straight sets. He's had one previous match against Sonego, that was in this year's Miami Masters where Tsitsipas won in straight sets.

Lorenzo Sonego is ranked 27th in the world but  in March he was ten places lower. His run to the third round of this tournament has him up to 23rd in the live rankings. Sonego has shown some good form in recent months. He won a clay court tournament in his native Italy in April and then reached the last four of the Rome Masters. Sonego had wins over Gael Monfils, Dominic Thiem and Andrey Rublev before losing a three-setter to Novak Djokovic. He has had success on surfaces other than clay and lost in the Eastbourne grass court final and then reached the last 16 at Wimbledon. This week has seen him get wins over Carlos Alvarez and Tommy Paul both in straight sets. Back Tsitsipas to get the win here and have a side bet on a tie-break. Tsitsiipas has one so far this week and Sonego two.
