Liam Broady hopes to make the second round at Wimbledon with a win over Constant Lestienne. The British player is currently ranked 147th in the worl but was given a wild card into the main draw of this grass court Grand Slam. Whoever wins this match could have a tough second round match ahead of them. That will be the case if fourth seeded Casper Ruud can get past qualifier Laurent Lokoli in round one. Broady reached the third round at Wimbledon last year. He beat 12th seeded Diego Schwartzman but lost in the last 32 to 19th seed Alex de Minaur. Broady is looking to reach the second round at Winbledon for the fourth time. He's never made it past round one in the other Grand Slam events. He's played two grass court events this year and reached the last 16 in Nottingham. He's spent most of this year on the Challenger Tour and has won one event.

Constant Lestienne is ranked 73rd but has a poor Wimbledon record. This is the first time that he's playing the main draw and has failed five times in the past to get through qualifying. His current ranking gave him automatic entry into the first round. In the past, the 31-year-old has played seven qualifiyimg matches and only won two of them. Neither of those two victories came against a player ranked in the top 230 in the world. He's played 15 ATP Tour matches this year and only won four of them. He played three grass court warm-up events and reached the last eight of the Surbiton Challenger Tour tournament. He's lost his next two matches though and at Queen's lost to Billy Harris who was ranked 352d at the time. We go for Liam Broady to get the win here.
