Come on tennis organizers sort out the Davis Cup. This supposed top tennis tournament sees its quarter finals held less than a week after the conclusion of the Wimbledon Grand Slam. Why have this so close and see the top two players in the world, Djokovic and Murray taking time off playing thus giving us a sub standard Davis Cup tie. Rant over and on with the preview as world number 81 Dusan Lajovic faces           The Serbian lost in the first round at Wimbledon but did beat world number 53 Dennis Kudla in the French Open. Earlier in the year he had a close fought loss to world number 31 Ivo Karlovic with both sets lost in tie-breaks. He reached the semi-final of the Brasil Open beating world number 20 Benoit Paire in that tournament. Lajovic has also beaten John Isner (world number 12) this year so on his day he's a pretty good player. James Ward is only ranked 240 in the world so he faces a pretty tough task here but was as high as 89 last year. He lost to Novak Djokovic in straight sets in the first round at Wimbledon. He did reach the quarter finals of the Wimbledon warm-up in Nottingham but that was on grass. He did beat Isner in the Davis Cup last year so if he could find that form again it could be close.  His form isn't anywhere near as good as that of his opponent and Lajovic can get the win here.
