The NFL season reaches the Divisional play-off stages and in the AFC we have Kansas City Chiefs hosting the Indianapolis Colts. The winners take on either the Los Angeles Chargers or New England Patriots in the AFC final. Last weekend saw the Indianapolis Colts beat Houston Texans to reach this stage. Kansas City Chiefs didn't have to play last week as they won the AFC West division with a 12-4 record ahead of LA Chargers on results against other teams in the division. Kansas started their season with a five-game winning streak before losing to New England Patriots. They bounced back with four more wins but their last six games resulted in three wins and three defeats though two of those were on the road.

Indianapolis Colts have reached the play-offs for the first time in five years and it wasn't something they thought would happen when they started their season winning just one of their first six matches. They did well to recover though with a five-match winning streak before losing 6-0 against Jacksonville Jaguars. They boosted their wildcard play-off hopes with victories in each of their last four games. That took them into the play-offs where last week they beat Houston Texans. Both teams have prolific quarterbacks and with home advantage, Patrick Mahomes can tip the game in the favour of Kansas City Chiefs.
