Jack Sock vs Miomir Kecmanovic Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Miami

Miomir Kecmanovic has been the model of consistency in recent weeks. He's reached three consecutive quarter finals and now takes on Jack Sock in the Miami Masters first round. Kecmanovic is ranked 48th in the world but was as low as 78th towards the end of January. In terms of ranking points earned this year, he's also in 48th position but his opponent is down in 136th. Kecmanovic began the year well with a run to the last 16 in the Australian Open. He then headed to South America for some clay court action, getting to the last eight in both Rio de Janiero and Santiago. His good form continued at Indian Wells with another quarter final. His wins included victories over Matteo Berrettini and Marin Cilic before losing to eventual champion Taylor Fritz. He's had one previous match against Sock and that was three years ago. He won that in straight sets, both going to a tie-break.

Jack Sock is ranked 144th in the world but five years ago was as high as eighth. Injury problems saw him drop down the rankings and he's only played in one of the last five Grand Slam events. Sock hasn't been in the top 100 since 2018 and his best performances this year have been in the doubles. He's teamed up with John Isner and the pair won the Indian Wells title last week.  That may be where his future lies as in 2018 he won two Grand Slam titles As far as singles events go, his beest result has been a quarter final in a ChallengerTour event. He had to qualify for this tournament beating Aleksandar Vukic in three sets and then Steve Johnson 6-2 6-2.  Back Kecmanovic to win this and have a side bet on there being a tie-break.
