Jack Draper vs Tomas Martin Etcheverry Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP French Open

Unseeded Jack Draper will mark his French Open debut with a first-round showdown with fellow unseeded player Tomas Etcheverry on Monday. Coming to Roland Garros Draper is placed 55th in the live rankings. He is up five places following his quarterfinal appearance at the Lyon Open. The Briton has played only five matches so far on clay and has managed three wins. His highlight of the season remains to be his semifinal appearance in Adelaide in January. Draper and Etcheverry have met once before with Etcheverry winning on hard court in Ismaning in 2020.

Tomas Etcheverry will hope his head-to-head advantage over Draper and his excellent clay form steer him to his first French Open main draw victory. The Argentine is making his third appearance at Roland Garros and has one victory, recorded in the qualifying rounds in his debut. Ranked 49th in the live ranking, Etcheverry is having a rocky season with 22 wins and 14 losses. Eighteen of his victories however have come on clay where he has managed to play three tournament finals. The winner of this match will play either 18th seed Alex de Minaur or unseeded Ilya Ivashka in the second round.
