Ireland vs Italy Prediction & Betting Tips - Six Nations

It's 19 years since Italy had their one and only win in Dublin, I'm not expecting them to get a second this weekend. This has been a disappointing Six Nations campaign for Ireland who have won the tournament for the past two seasons. They have led in the second half of all of their games against Wales, France and England but have just one point to show from their three games and no chance of winning the title. Their record against Italy is a good one with three wins in the last three matches, one being in the World Cup last year. The last two wins in Dublin have seen Ireland go through the 40 points mark on both occasions. Another good win is the most likely result here. Italy started their campaign off well and so nearly beat France in their opening fixture. It's been all downhill since then though with a bad defeat by England and then losing to Scotland. Neither performance matched the way they played against France which must be disappointing for their coach. I go for an Ireland win here that covers a -18 handicap.
