Indiana Pacers go into this match with a 4-4 record for the season taking them to second place in the Central Division of the Eastern Conference. They host the Detroit Pistons who are one position below them in this division with a 4-5 record. The Pacers have won three of their four home games this season. They lost in the first round of the play-offs last season so will hope to better that record this time around. At present they are seventh overall in the Eastern Conference with their opponents right behind them in eighth, the final place that gets you into the play-offs. The Pacers have had a good November so far with three wins out of four. The only loss came at Charlotte and that was a two-point overtime defeat. They are certainly in better form now than a shaky start to the season that saw them lose twice to Detroit 

The Pistons haven't got a great away record with just one win in their four matches played on the road this season. That win was achieved at Indiana but the home side in this game look a lot stronger now. They have won two and lost two of their four games this month with both the losses being in away matches. Their last three away games have all been lost by an aggregate total of 34 points. THE tip here is for the Pacers to get a home win and strengthen their position in this division.
