The Indiana Pacers have shown signs of improvement in the final month of the regular NBA season. Rick Carlisle's men have won five of their last games and this comes after losing five of their previous eight games.

The Pacers head into the second night of a back-to-back against the Nets aiming to wrap up the season's series with a third win in four encounters. In their recent encounter, they secured a 105-99 overtime home victory. 

Bennedict Mathurin led the team with 28 points and a career-high 16 rebounds. Miles Turner also achieved a double-double of his own, contributing 23 points and grabbing 10 rebounds.

The Brooklyn Nets lost 105-99 against the Indiana Pacers on the first night of a back-to-back. That result was disappointing, to say the least, considering they came into the match with a rest advantage. 

In that match, D’Angelo Russell and Ziaire Williams scored 22 points each. As a team, they shot a lowly 35.6% from the field and made 14 of their 50 attempts in the three-point range.

Saying the Nets have lacked consistency is an understatement considering they've lost 12 of their last 14 games.
