India vs England Prediction & Betting Tips - T20 World Cup
by Yunchu Li | in Cricket Predictions
India and England meet at the Adelaide Oval for the second semi-final in the T20 Cricket World Cup. India finished top of Group 2 with four wins and just the one loss they suffered against South Africa while England claimed second spot in Group 1 by virtue of a better net run rate than hosts Australia. India has arguably the strongest batting lineup in the tournament and will be hoping that their top order can get them off to a good start. Captain Rohit Sharma is due a score and this match will be the best time to deliver. His team will be looking for just their second ever T20 World Cup title with the previous win coming in the inaugural tournament back in 2007. India will again rely heavily on Virat Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav for runs as they have been two of the form batsmen in this tournament.
England won their last group match against Sri Lanka to secure their place in the semi-final although they struggled to chase down a modest score, winning in the final over. They will need to be much improved if they are to challenge India. The good news for England is that they are in the semis but have not really hit their straps meaning there is a lot of room for improvement. They will be looking for their big name players like Jos Butler and Ben Stokes to fire if they are to reach the final. England, like their opponents in this match, are bidding to lift the title for the second time, winning the first one in 2010.

Our India vs England Prediction
India are traditionally excellent players of spin therefore it will be interesting to see how they fare against English spinners Adil Rashid and Moeen Ali who are an integral part of their team’s bowling. If the English spinners can contain the Indian batsmen then they will go a long way to winning this match for their team. India have too much firepower in their batting therefore we are backing them for the win.
