The winner of this quarter-final tie will then face either Jasmine Paolini or Elena Rybakina for a place in the final. Iga Swiatek has won the last two editions of the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix. She is seeking to become the fourth player to win at least three successive titles. Swiatek defeated Elise Mertens by the loss of seven games in the last round. Emma Raducanu is seeing her form gradually peek up after a slow start to the year. She has won her last four matches and has improved her record to 9-5. The Brit is yet to lose a set in this event. She defeated Linda Noskova by the loss of five games in the last round and is now unbeaten in four outings on clay. Raducanu missed a huge chunk of last season due to injury and Stuttgart is where she played her last match of 2023. The lengthy absence saw the former WTA top 10 player drop drastically in the world rankings. She is currently up a massive 82 places in the live ranking to 221st after advancing to this round. Advancing to the semi-finals will catapult her into the top 180 places in the world.
