India New Zealand Predictions & Betting tips - ICC Men's Cricket World Cup
by Sridhar |
ICC ODI World Cup will witness a top of the table clash when India host New Zealand in Dharamsala. This match #21 of the tournament will be played on Sunday at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamsala with the hosts and visitors tied at the top on eight points separated only NRR with the Kiwis having that edge. India are four on four in the tournament with wins over Australia, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh. It was a tournament where India have shown their prowess in all departments so far. While Virat Kohli has excelled with the bat and has shown consistency, Rohit Sharma’s aggression at the top has given Indian batting a new dimension. Both players have more than 250 runs in the tournament and are looking good to continue that run. The bowling has been equally dominating with Jasprit Bumrah’s ten wickets and Ravindra Jadeja’s seven, leading their charge.
New Zealand have the edge in the net run rate factor over India. They have also won four on four at the start of the tournament, with wins over England, the Netherlands, Bangladesh and Afghanistan. All the victories have been comprehensive with two wins coming by at least eight wickets, while the other two have come by at least 99 runs. The Kiwis have also been enjoying the form of their batters with Devon Conway aggregating 249 runs and Rachin Ravindra scoring 215 runs in the tournament. Both have been impressive in leading the Kiwis at the top of the order, giving them a distinct advantage. With the ball too, Mitch Santner’s 11 wickets and Matt Henry’s nine wickets have been the differentiator for the Kiwis.
