Defending champions New England Patriots are making a bold bid to retain their title. They are top of the AFC East and this weekend face the leaders of AFC South, Houston Texans. The Patriots have played 11 games this season and won ten of them, the only defeat being against Baltimore Ravens. They top the AFC rankings with their opponents currently third. Last weekend saw New England narrowly beat Dallas Cowboys 13-9 and their last two victories have only been by a combined margin of 11 points. 

Houston Texans top their division but have already been beaten four times this season with seven matches being won. They are in a tight race in AFC South with Indianapolis and Tennessee both only a win behind them. They beat Indianapolis last week by three points, an important victory for them not just because it was against divisional rivals. The previous week had seen them lost 41-7 to Baltimore Ravens. December is going to be a big month for them as they have to face Tennessee home and away. It might not be a good start for them though and the tip here is for the Patriots to get the win to go 11-1 for the season.
