The NFL wild card matches take place this weekend and begin with the Houston Texans hosting the Buffalo Bills. The Texans are the fourth ranked side in the AFC with their opponents in fifth position. Houston won AFC South in the regular season with a 10-6 record, placing them just ahead of the Tennessee Titans who ended on 9-7. The Texans were 8-4 in matches played against other sides in the AFC. They come into this game having won two of the last three, the only loss was to the Titans when the title had already been secured.

Buffalo Bills also had a 10-6 record for the regular season. That however wasn't enough to win AFC East with the New England Patriots winning that division with a 12-6 record. Buffalo had a 7-5 record against other sides in the AFC. They managed to get into double figures for wins this season, the first time they had achieved that since 1999. The Bills have had a long wait for a win in the play-offs though, the last one coming in 1995. The regular season ended with them losing three of their last four matches and the tip here is for the Texans to get the win that will take them into a divisional play-off against the Baltimore Ravens.
