The Houston Rockets will welcome the Phoenix Suns when they take to the court next in the NBA. They enter this match having dropped to fifth in the Western Conference whereas the Suns are 11th. Below is our prediction for this match.

The Rockets got back to winning ways last time out after their worst run of results all season. Ime Udoka’s men were on a six-match losing streak when they battled to defeat the Raptors 94-87.

Returning home, where they have now compiled a 16-8 record, proved vital as five of those six losses had come on the road.

Fred Van Vleet is unavailable for selection due to injury and so too are Tari Eason and Cody Zeller. Alperen Sengun is questionable.

The Suns have lost their last two games. They too have been in poor form in recent weeks and have managed just two wins over their last eight games.

Mike Budenholzer’s men, who sit one game below .500 with a shaky 26-27 record, are coming off a 119-112 home loss to the Grizzlies. Kevin Durant scored a game-high 34 points in the loss and having him back fit is a big boost for Phoenix.

The former MVP had missed three games straight due to an ankle issue. Bradley Beal however remains in the treatment room and is unlikely to be involved on this trip.
