The Houston Rockets continue to laugh in the face of the naysayers and racked up their seventh win in their last 10, beating this opponent 119-115 on Friday last week.

Alperen Sengun put up 32 points and Jalen Green added 27 points. Houston locked up in the final quarter when Memphis were making a comeback and managed to hold on for the slender win. 

The Rockets are averaging 113.1 points per game this season (12th overall), but they are an elite-level defence that allows just 107.1 PPG - third-best in the NBA.

Meanwhile, the Memphis Grizzlies will be out for revenge here and will enter the match with momentum after seeing off the Timberwolves 127-125 on the road on Sunday. 

Ja Morant had a poor day at the office, managing just 12 points, but Jaren Jackson Jr led the team with 33 points, while Desmond Bane backed him up with 21 points and five assists. 

The Grizz moved back to the top of the scoring charts with that victory (123.0 PPG), but they are bottom-10 for points against, allowing 115.1 PPG (22nd overall).
