15th seed Holger Rune will be confident of reaching the third round at Wimbledon. He takes on unseeded Thiago Seyboth Wild for a place in the last 32. In the next round, the winner could face 21st seed Karen Khachanov.

Rune reached the quarter-finals of this tournament last year being eventually beaten by the eventual winner Carlos Alcaraz. Rune is down to 17th in the live rankings. That's a drop of a couple of places due to the points he's defending in this tournament.

He's a couple of places higher in the ATP Race after beating Kwon Soon-woo in the first round. He won that in straight sets and dropped only nine games. That was his first grass court win of the year. The only previous tournament he'd played was at Queen's Club where he lost in his first match.

This is the first time that Thiago Seyboth Wild is playing in the main draw at Wimbledon. He's played here three times in the past but never been able to make it through the qualifying rounds. He reached the second round at Eastbourne last week.

His win came against James McCabe who was the world number 342 at the time. Wild then took on top seed and evntual champion Taylor Fritz, losing in straight sets. The Brazilian won't forget his first win at Wimbledon in a hurry.

He found himself two sets to love down to Britain's Paul Jubb who reached the Mallorca Open final last week. Wild fought back brilliantly to win the match in five sets and move to 69th in the live rankings. This is tougher and we tip Rune to win in straight sets.
