Two unseeded players meet in the last eight of the Open 13 Provence indoor hard court tournament. Daniel Altmaier faces Hamad Medjedovic for a place in the last four. Here's our match prediction.

World number 80 Daniel Altmaier is in his second successive quarter-final. Last week he made it to this stage of the indoor hard court tournament played in Rotterdam. He had to qualify in that tournament and won four matches before being beaten by Alex de Minaur.

His good form has continued in Marseille with wins over Luca Nardi and Otto Virtanen. Both wins came without a set being dropped and only 11 games being lost and he's now up to 72nd in the live rankings.

Hamad Medjedovic was down at 96th in the latest published rankings. He's up to 85th in the live list and that's a new career-high for the 21-year-old. Wins this week have come against Raphael Collignon and then the third seed Karen Khachanov, both in straight sets.

His success this year has come on the Challenger Tour with a title win in Oeiras and another semi-final. He didn't beat any players in the top 200 in those tournaments. We tip Daniel Altmaier to win this match.
