They picked up their eighth win of the tournament and third in a row last week when they completely blew away the Lucknow Super Giants by a massive 98 runs, led by Sunil Narine’s 81 of just 39 balls. Harshit Rana and Varun Chakaravarthy took three wickets each, bowling out LSG for a mere 137 in 16.1 overs. Narine and Phil Salt are ranked sixth and eighth, respectively, in the leading run-scorer standings, while Chakaravarthy is third in the race for the purple cap. While KKR are assured of a playoff spot, they will want to maintain momentum to secure home advantage in the knockout round.
