Grigor Dimitrov vs Lorenzo Musetti Prediction & Betting Tips - Rolex Paris Masters

Unseeded pair Grigor Dimitrov and Lorenzo Musetti meet in the first round of the Paris Masters. The winner has a tough second round match against third seed Daniil Medvedev. Grigor Dimitrov is 17th in the live ATP rankings and Live ATP Race. The Bulgarian took a set off Medvedev last week in the last 16 of the Erste Open so would fancy a chance for some revenge in this indoor hard court tournament. His recent form has been strong with two semi-finals and a last eight appearance during the Asian swing. Those tournaments included wins over both Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz. Dimitrov regularly loses in the last 16 of the Paris Masters having been beaten at that stage in seven of his last eight appearances in the French capital. The other time was in 2019 when losing to Novak Djokovic in the semi-finals.

Lorenzo Musetti is 22nd in the live rankings which is seven places below the career high achieved in June of this year. The Italian faces Dimitrov for the second week in a row. He put the Bulgarian in the first round of the Erste Open and lost in straight sets, winning seven games. That was his third successive loss, including one to Yu Hsiou Hsu in the Shanghai Masters who was ranked 184th at the time. He did reach the last four in Chengdu last month but the highest ranked player beaten was 67th. Back Dimitrov to repeat his straight sets success achieved last week.
