We could be in for a close match as tenth seed Grigor Dimitrov takes on fifth-seeded Daniil Medvedev. This is a last 16 match at Wimbledon and the quarter-final opponent for the winner will be either top seed Jannik Sinner or 14th-seeded Ben Shelton.

It's ten years since Dimitrov reached the semi-finals of this tournament. He's currently tenth in the live rankings but two places higher in the Live ATP Race. The Bulgarian is in round four of this grass court Grand Slam for the second year in a row.

Just one warm-up tournament was played and that saw him lose in round two at Queen's Club to Sebastian Korda. Another second round exit looked possible here. He lost the first two sets to Juncheng Shang but won the next three for the loss of ten games.

The last round saw him beat Gael Monfils in straight sets. He trails Medvedev 7-3 in previous matches but he did win their only match on grass. That was in 2017 with Dimitrov winning in three sets but he's lost four of their last five matches.

Daniil Medvedev made it to the semi-finals at Wimbledon last year. He's only won one grass court title and that was in Mallorca three years ago. Like his opponent, he only played one warm-up event and lost in the last 16 of the Halle Open.

After a straight sets win over Aleksandar Kovacevic in round one, the Russian has won two matches in four sets. He had to come from behind to beat Alexandre Muller and then defeated Jan-Lennard Struff in round three, losing the second set. We go for Medvedev to win this match.
