The fifth and final group stage match before the start of the playoffs in the 2022 Eurobasket tournament pits Great Britain against Italy. Great Britain is still looking for its first win of the competition after suffering a heavy 94-62 loss to Estonia on Sunday. Pride is on the line now for the GB squad as they will certainly want to avoid being held winless. They’ll face a tough challenge to end their losing run however as Italy look to qualify to the playoff stage. The Italians currently sit third in Group C with a 2-2 record giving them six points and in a good position to finish in the top four qualifying spots.
