The Golden State Warriors and Portland Trail Blazers will meet at the Chase Center in the NBA on Monday night. The Warriors (36-28) are sixth in the Western Conference, while the Blazers (28-37) are 12th. Let’s get into the match prediction.

The Golden State Warriors are on a tear lately, having won nine of their last 10 games and going for a fifth-straight victory after downing the Pistons 115-110 over the weekend. 

Stephen Curry once again led the team with 32 points and four assists, while Jimmy Butler contributed 26 points, nine rebounds and five assists. 

The Warriors are mid-table in the scoring charts, averaging 113.3 points per game, but they are top-10 on the defensive end, allowing 111.2 PPG. 

Meanwhile, the Portland Trail Blazers have been in a bit of a slump, now hoping to avoid a fourth defeat in a row after losing 119-112 to the Pistons last night. 

Anfernee Simons led the team with 34 points, but as a team, Portland shot a dismal 38% from the field and managed to convert only 15 of their 50 attempts from the three-point line. 

The Blazers are bottom 10 in the scoring charts, averaging 110.5 points per game, while their marginally better defence allows 114.4 PPG (18th overall).
