The Golden State Warriors will welcome the Charlotte Hornets seeking a fourth successive win in the NBA. They currently sit ninth in the Western Conference whereas their visitors are second from bottom in the East. Below is our prediction for this match.

The Warriors have been in great form since acquiring Jimmy Butler. Steve Kerr’s men have lost once in six games since the former Miami forward first suited up. They have now improved to a 30-27 record.

Currently, on a three-match winning run, they defeated the Mavericks 126-102 last time out. This was the second successive game in which they won by an over 20-point margin. Jonathan Kuminga remains unavailable while Trayce Jackson-Davis is doubtful.

The Hornets returned from the All-Star break with an impressive victory away to the Lakers, snapping a three-match losing run with a 100-97 victory. They've, however, been unable to build on this and lost three straight.

This has been the story of their season as they rank amongst the worst performers this campaign. The Hornets have lost back-to-back in Portland and Sacramento.

They were hammered 141-88 by the Blazers and then 130-88 by the Kings. As this trip to Golden State comes on the second night of a back-to-back for the Hornets, they could end up suffering another thrashing.

Mark Williams and DaQuan Jeffries are questionable while Brandon Miller, Tre Mann and Grant Williams remain out for the season.
